Låven is part of a historic farm on Bragdøya, located 10 minutes on foot from Saltebua and the pier. The first floor features a large communal area with an attached kitchen, a smaller lounge, toilets, and six rooms with 24 beds in total. Guests have access to duvets and pillows, but must bring their own bed linens, sleeping bags, or sheet bags. Cleaning is the responsibility of guests unless otherwise agreed, with cleaning supplies provided.

Låven is perfect for private events such as family reunions, confirmations, and celebrations. It can also be combined with overnight stays at Gerrards villa nearby. The space is also well-suited for school groups, associations, and larger gatherings, offering indoor communal areas and additional accommodation options.

The venue accommodates up to 70 guests, with tableware for 50 people, and 24 beds available for overnight stays. Guests check in at 12:00 and check out at 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Pets are not allowed inside Låven.
